InstaPro.tools respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its visitors to do the same. This page explains our policy under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and how rights holders can request the removal of infringing material.
Our Position on Copyright
All articles, guides and reviews on this site are written by our own team. We do not copy content from other websites, and we do not host the Insta Pro application files on our own servers — our download buttons point to third-party distribution sources. If you believe that anything on this site infringes your copyright, we want to hear from you and will act promptly on valid notices.
Filing a Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on one) and believe material on InstaPro.tools infringes your rights, please send us a written notice through our contact page containing all of the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if several works are involved.
- The exact URL(s) on InstaPro.tools where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your full name, address, telephone number and email address so we can reach you.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How We Handle Notices
When we receive a complete and valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material in question as quickly as reasonably possible, and we will notify the party responsible for the content where we are able to do so. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for the missing details, which can delay action.
Counter-Notices
If your material was removed following a takedown notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice containing your name and contact details, the URL(s) of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.
Repeat Infringers
We take repeated infringement seriously. Accounts or contributors who repeatedly post infringing material will have their access restricted or terminated, as appropriate.
A Note on the App Itself
Insta Pro is an unofficial modification of Instagram developed by independent third parties; we are not its developers and this site does not host its files. Complaints about the application itself should be directed to its developers or distributors. Notices about text, images or other content actually published on InstaPro.tools should come to us using the process above.
